TEMASEK HOLDINGS TO COMMENCE DIVESTMENT EXERCISE FOR CPG CORPORATION
Singapore, 7 November 02 - Temasek Holdings wishes to announce the commencement of the divestment process for its wholly-owned subsidiary, CPG Corporation Pte Ltd (“CPG Corp”). Temasek will divest its entire stake in CPG Corp through a trade sale. J P Morgan has been appointed as the financial advisor for this divestment.
2 Formerly known as PWD Corporation Pte Ltd, CPG Corp, a new name adopted in July 2002, signifies a creative professionals group. Since its corporatisation in 1999, CPG Corp has developed into the leading integrated architectural, engineering consulting and facilities management firm in Singapore. The company is currently taking strategic steps towards achieving its vision to be a regional leader providing one-stop expertise services in building and infrastructure development and management.
